Ingredients

    cup whole-wheat flour

  • 1

    cup all purpose flour

  • 2 1/4

    t quick rising yeast (1 envelope

  • 1

    t salt

  • 1/2

    t sugar

  • 3/4

    cup hot water (120-130 degrees)

  • 1

    T olive oil

Directions

Combine flours, yeast, salt and sugar in a food processor. Pulse to mix. Combine water and oil in a measuring cup. With food processor motor running, gradually pour in hot liquid until mixture forms a sticky ball. The dough should be quite soft. If it seems dry, add 1-2 T warm water. If too sticky, add 1-2 T flour. After dough forms a ball, process for 1 minute to knead. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface. Coat a sheet of plastic wrap with cooking spray and place it sprayed side down over the dough. Let the dough rest 10-20 min before tolling into a circle and topping with your choice of ingred. (dough can be made ahead and refrigerated up to 2 days in a plastic bag coated with cooking spray. Bring to room temp before using) Per serving (8) 125 cal, 2 g fat, no saturated fat, no cholesterol, 4 g protien, 23 g carbs, 2 g fiber 295 sodium 10 mg calcium I baked it at 425 for 15-20 min
