2 Tbsp. tobacco
4 pork chops, 3/4-1" thick
salt
pepper

Step 1

Heat grill to medium

In a small bowl, stir together honey and tobacco.

Season chops with salt and pepper; grill over direct heat, turning and basting with honey mixture, until chops are cooked thoroughly and nicely browned, 8-10 minutes.

Serve with coleslaw and corn on the cob.
