Zesty Lemon Spareribs ***

This is a take on the "Made in the Shade Ribs" that Kevin's Aunt Lynn use to make.

Ingredients
- 6 pounds pork spareribs, cut into serving pieces
- 2 6oz cans frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- note-no need to reserve extra sauce for basting, the meat is not raw when marinating.

Preparation
Step 1
1-Place pork in Dutch oven. Add enough water to cover pork. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer about 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
2-Remove pork to rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches. Mix lemonade concentrate and BBQ sauce. Pour over pork; turn pork to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate, turning pork occasionally,(at least 4 hours, but no longer than 24 hours).
3-Heat coals or gas grill. Remove pork from marinade; Grill pork, meaty sides up, uncovered, 4 inches from med-hot heat about 30 min., turning and brushing frequently with marinade, until glazed and heated through.
