  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 3 ingredients in medium saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted. Stir in flour.

Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 7 minutes. (Cookies will be soft; do not overbake.) Cool on baking sheets 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
