- Bread Dough
- Sauerkraut
- side pork
- salt and pepper

Step 1
Cook sauerkraut and cut up side pork, drain and let cool.
Roll out dough and cut into squares to make buns. Fill middle of each square with kraut mixture. bring up corners to middle and seal. Put in a treated pan and let rise. Bake at 375 until browned.
