- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- gravy master, dash or 2

Preparation
Step 1
Add 2 tablespoons butter to preheated pot and melt it. Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute. Whisk in 2 cups stock. Add poultry seasoning. Salt and Pepper to Gravy. Add dash or 2 of gravy master. Allow it to thicken slightly.
Can add up to 1 tablespoon flour mixed with a small amount of water if you need to thicken slower.
