Ingredients
- 2 10.5 oz cans of french onion soup
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen broccoli
- 4 3/4 " slices of French bread
- 6 oz Gruyere cheese, grated
- 1/4 t parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Mix soup & water according to package directions
Add broccoli & simmer 8-10 minutes
Toast bread in broiler until golden
Spoon soup into oven-safe bowls
Add 1 slice bread, top with cheese & broil until it melts
