Chicken Prosciutto

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
- 4 small slices Swiss cheese, cut to fit breasts
- 4 thin slices prosciutto
- flour
- 1 1/2 c cream
- 3/4 c wine
- 2 t soy sauce
- 3 T Romano cheese
- 1/2 c butter
- Parsley, garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Pound chicken breast w/ mallet until evenly flat. Cut into 3 pieces. Place cheese and ham on the flattened chicken. lightly dust chicken in flour. saute seam side down in butter for 4 minutes on each side until brown. Drain butter, remove chicken. De-glaze pan w/ wine. Reduce wine by half. Add the chicken breasts back to pan, add heavy cream and soy sauce. Cook 4-5 mn. Sprinkle with Romano and garnish with parsley if desired.
