Zoned Scrambled Eggs

This recipe is zoned for 2 - 3 block meals. The breakdown is 2 protein, 1 carb & 0 fat.
To make this a balanced meal - add 1 block protein (we usually have turkey bacon), 1 carb (1 block of fruit is good) and some additional fat (either olive oil with the eggs or avocado on the finished scramble or nuts on the side)

Ingredients
- 6 egg whites (3 protein)
- 1 oz. low-fat shredded cheese (1 protein)
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained & rinsed (2 carb)
- 1/2 cup salsa (1 carb)
- turkey bacon
- 1 block fruit

Step 1
Cook eggs, when almost done, add the black beans, & salsa, cook until heated through, add cheese at the end just to melt.
