  • 6 egg whites (3 protein)
  • 1 oz. low-fat shredded cheese (1 protein)
  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained & rinsed (2 carb)
  • 1/2 cup salsa (1 carb)
  • turkey bacon
  • 1 block fruit

Step 1

Cook eggs, when almost done, add the black beans, & salsa, cook until heated through, add cheese at the end just to melt.
