Ingredients
- 6 to 8 boneless pork chops
- 10 red potatoes peeled
- 1/2 onion sliced
- 1/2 cup water
- salt & pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Grease 9 x 11 casserole dish
Peel potatoes and cut like American fries
Layer bottom of dish with potatoes and 1/2 of the onions
Salt & Pepper to taste
Place pork chops on tops of potatoes and onions.
Place remaining onion on top of pork chops with 1/2 cup water.
Cover with foil and cook for 50 minutes in 375F oven.
Remove foil and cook for 15 min more or until brown.
