  • 2 cups warm water
  • 2 packages yeast
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 1/2 cups flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix water, yeast, salt, sugar and 2 cups of flour until smooth. Add eggs, oil and remaining flour. Beat well. Let rise about 40 minutes in a warm place. I always put in my oven with light turned on, covered. After 40 minutes, roll dough into small balls. Place 3 small balls into every hole of the muffin tin. Let rise another 40 minutes. Aren’t they purty!

Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Is there anything better than homemade rolls lathered in butter? Don’t think you can mess these up!
