Ingredients
- 8 ounces noodles
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 2 8 ounce cans tomato sauce
- 1/2 pound cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 8 ounce pkg. soft cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon minced green pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain. Saute meat. Stir in tomato sauce. Remove from heat and set aside.
Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, onions and green peppers.
With 1 tablespoon butter, butter 2 quart casserole dish. Spread half noodles on bottom of dish. Cover with cheese mixture. Cover with balance of noodles. Pour melted butter on top. Top with meat mixture.
Bake uncovered at 350* for 30 minutes.
