Ingredients
- 1 cup. All- Bran cereal
- 1 cup. water
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup. nonfat buttermilk
- 1 cup. quick-cooking oats, uncooked
- 1 cup. dried peaches
- 1 cup. raisins
- 1/2 cup. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup. whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Cooking Spray

Preparation
Step 1
Combine cereal and water in a bowl; let stand 5 mins.
Dissolve baking soda in buttermilk, stir.
Add buttermilk, oats, and next 6 ingredients to cereal,
stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Spoon batter into muffin pans coated with cooking spray,
filling 2/3 full.
Bake 375* for 15 mins. Remove from pans; let cool on a wire rack.
