Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 t. baking soda
  • 1/2 cup Truvia baking blend
  • 1/2 t. kosher salt
  • 5 T. butter, melted
  • 1 cup cold coffee
  • 2 t. vanilla
  • 1 T. white vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix dry ingredients and set aside. In a small bowl, combine the wet ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients; whisk until smooth.

Pour into a well greased 9" round cake pan. Pan can be lined with parchment paper if desired. Drop the pan on the counter top a few times to pop any air bubbles.

Bake 20-25 minutes until tests done. DO NOT OVERBAKE.

Allow to cool for a few minutes; then turn onto a wire rack to cool completely.
