Sweet and Creamy Iced Coffee

Ingredients
- 1 12-oz can evaporated milk
- 1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 gallon of water
- 1-lb bag of coarsely ground coffee
- (coffee filters or several layers of cheese cloth)

Preparation
Step 1
To make the Sweet Cream--
Mix one 12oz can of evaporated milk with one 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk together, and refrigerate.
To make the coffee concentrate--
Put all the coffee in a large bowl, add one gallon of water, and stir well to make sure the coffee is completely saturated. Allow to soak for at least 12 hours, or overnight.
Line a fine mesh strainer with a coffee filter or several layers of cheese cloth, and place over a pitcher large enough to hold a gallon of liquid. Slowly pour or ladle the coffee into the strainer, replacing the coffee filter a few times as needed. The resulting syrup will last for a month in the refrigerator.
To make Sweet and Creamy Iced Coffee--
Fill a glass with ice, then pour in enough of the coffee concentrate to fill half the glass. Add sweet cream to taste, or to the top. Stir to mix, and enjoy.
For an extra treat, add chocolate syrup or Kalua.
