Sauces for Meatballs

Cook meatballs according to your home recipe or purchase meatballs and cook to package directions. Toss with any of these sauces.

Ingredients
- Bourbon Sauce - Cook and stir 3/4 cup brown sugar, 3/4 cup white vinegar, 3/4 cup bourbon and 1 tsp spicy brown mustard. Cook and stir until mixture simmers.
- Chili & Jelly Sauce - Cook and stir one (12 oz) bottle chili sauce and 1 (10 oz) jar grape jelly until jelly is melted and mixture begins to simmer.
- Cranberry - Cook and stir 1 (14 oz) can jellied cranberry sauce, 1 cup ketchup, 3 T brown sugar and 1 T lemon juice until blended and hot
- Hoisin Sauce - Combine 1/4 cup each rice vinegar and hoisin sauce, 2 T each water, sesame oil and soy sauce, 1 T honey, and 1 tsp each garlic and ginger. Bring to a simmer
- Orange Glaze - Heat 1 (12 oz) jar orange marmalade, 1/4 cup orange juice, 2 chopped green onions, and 1 chopped jalapeno.
- Swedish - In a large saucepan, melt 2 T butter. Stir in 2 T flour until smooth; gradually add 1 cup beef broth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup heavy cream and 1/4 tsp dried dill. Simmer 1 minute
