Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh rasberries
- 1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups sugar

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375. Line muffin tins with paper liners and spray the top of tin with cooking spray. Helps them not to stick to pan when removing. Stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon together in a large bowl. In another bowl, combine the milk, melted butter and eggs. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir just until combined. There will be lumps but don't overmix the batter. Add fruit and sugar and gently stir to combine. Spoon the batter into the muffin cups to fill the liners. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until they are nicely browned.
