Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 2 cans (15 oz. each) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 large papaya, peeled and diced
- 2 vine-ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 medium red onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Combine black beans, diced papayas, tomatoes, and onion in a large salad bowl.
Place ingredients for dressing in a small bowl and whisk together. Add to bean salad, and toss gently to combine. Serve at room temperature.
