Step 1
Spread peanut better on a Ritz cracker and top with another Ritz cracker. Once you have the desired amount of crackers prepared, set aside. In a microwave safe bowl, place almond bark (vanilla or chocolate). Melt according the the directions without overheating. Carefully dip the completed crackers in the chocolate mixture, if needed, use a spoon to cover the cracker and wipe off excess chocolate. Place chocolate covered cracker on wax paper or aluminum foil. Top with sprinkles if desired before chocolate hardens. Or once the chocolate hardens, use the alternate chocolate to drizzle over the finished chocolate covered crackers.
