Salted Peanut Chews

Ingredients

• 1 Pkg yellow cake mix
• 1/3 C margarine
• 1 egg
• mini marshmallows
• 2 C Rice Krispies
• 2/3 C white syrup
• 1/4 C margarine
• 12 oz peanut butter chips
• 1 t vanilla
• 2 C salted peanuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake mix, margarine and egg. Press into ungreased 9X13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-18 min until golden brown. Remove and cover with mini marshmallows. Return to oven 1-2 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with 2 C Rice Krispies. Press into marshmallows.
Boil together 2/3 C white syrup and 1/4 C margarine. Add pkg of peanut butter chips and vanilla. Stir and spread on bars. Sprinkle with 2 C of salted peanuts.
