Ingredients
- 2 Cups large shells, rotini, or elbow macaroni
- 1 10 oz package frozen chopped broccoli, peas or mixed vegetables
- 1/2 Cup chopped onions
- 1 (10 1/2 oz) can condensed cream of celery, chicken, or mushroom soup; or one (11 oz) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 (8oz) carton sour cream
- 1 (4 oz) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1/2 Cup milk
- 1/2 Cup Shredded carrots
- 1 tsp oregano or basil crushed, or dill weed
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbs grated parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In a large saucepan cook pasta according to package directions, adding frozen vegetables and onion during the last 6 minutes. Drain in a colander. In the same saucepan stir together the condensed soup, sour cream, mushrooms, milk, carrots, oregano, basil, and pepper. Cook and stir over medium heat until heated through. Stir in drained pasta mixture, heat through. Transfer to a warm serving dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
