Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 tsp Asian sesame oil
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp peanut oil

Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken in a shallow baking dish and add next 4 ingredients. Turn to coat well. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and sauté 2-3 minutes per side, turning frequently until lightly browned. Reduce heat to medium low. Stir in marinade, cover pan and cook about 6 minutes, turning chicken occasionally, until just cooked throughout.
