Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 hard boiled egg, sliced
- 2-3 oz. grilled chicken breast, chopped (optional)
- 2 pieces crisp bacon, chopped
- 8 yellow cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- 8 red cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- 1/2 avocado, chopped
- 1 T. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 T. balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper

Step 1
Mix olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Toss with mixed greens. Plate and top with remaining ingredients.
