ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL SWEET POTATOES

Ingredients

• TOPPING:
• 29 oz. can Yams, drained and smashed
• 5 oz. can Evaporated milk
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 stick butter, melted
• 2 tsps vanilla
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 stick butter, softened
• 1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or mixed pecans and walnuts)

Preparation

Step 1

Whip together all of the above with an electric mixer. Spread in bottom of a greased 7 x 11 inch dish.

Mix topping ingredients together and spread on the top of potato mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees 30 - 40 minutes.
