Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- 3 Tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- CARAMEL LAYER
- 20 caramels
- 3 Tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- FILLING
- 2 8oz 8oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
CRUST
mmix crumbs, pecans, sugar, cinnamon and butter
press onto bottom of 9 inch spring form pan
bake at 325* for 10 minutes if using silver pan
300* if using dark pan
MICROWAVE
caramels and milk in small bowl on high 2 minutes
or until smooth, stirring even minute
stir in pecans, pour into crust,
refrigerate 20 minutes
MIX
cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with electric mixer on medium
bend until smooth
add eggs, mix
pour over caramel mixture
BAKE
350* for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is almost set
cool, refrigerate 3 hours or overnight
