Savory Dill & Caraway Scones

Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 4 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 Tb onion powder
- 1 Tb fresh dill OR 1 tsp dried dill
- 2 tsp caraway seeds
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 6 Tbs cold butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. ricotta cheese
- 4 tsp heavy cream

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat 400. Grease baking sheet
In large bowl combine first 6 ingredients. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Combine the egg yolk, sour cream and ricotta, stir into crumb mixture just until moistened. Turn on floured surface; knead 10 times
Pat into two 6 in circles. Cut each into 6 wedges. Seperate wedges and place on baking sheet. Brush tops with cream; sprinkle with additional caraway seeds.
Bake 15-18 mins.
