Spice Crunch Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 15 oz can of Pumpkin
• 1/2 c. sour cream
• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1/4 c. water
• 3 eggs
• 1 Tb cinnamon
• 1 c. brown sugar
• 4 Tb flour
• 1/2 c. butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 pan

Mix all cake ingredients. Pour into pan.

Cut topping ingredients using pastry knife. Sprinkle on top of cake.

Bake about 20-30 mins until cake done. Cool and serve
