This tastes great on Keebler's Townhouse Topper crackers! I take this to our holiday get togethers and always have people asking for the recipe...It's very easy to remember since it only has 3 ingredients!!!

  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/8 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • Finely chopped pecans or walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

1 Beat cream cheese until smooth. 2 Stir in dried cranberries. 3 Stir in thawed oj concentrate. 4 Mix until well combined. 5 Shape into a ball (roll in nuts) or put in a nice bowl (cover with nuts and press in) and cover with plastic wrap. 6 Set in fridge for at least 2 hours-overnight -- the longer the better. 7 Take out 20 min before serving to let soften 8 Serve with crackers or pretzels.
