boneless, skinless chicken breast
sleeves ritz crackers
cup whole milk
cups cheddar cheese
tsp dried parsley
(10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
tbsp sour cream
1. Preheat oven to 400. 2. Cut each chicken breast into 3 large pieces 3. Crush crackers, place in a bowl and mix with salt and pepper 4. Place milk in another bowl and cheese in a third bowl. 5. Dip each piece of chiken into the milk then into the cheese. Press the cheese into the chicken. 6. Then each piece into the cracker crumbs pressing crackers into chicken 7. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray and lay chicken inside the pan. 8. Sprinkle with dried parsley. 9. Cover pan with foil and bake for 35 minutes. 10. Remove foil, bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the edges of the chicken are golden brown and crispy. Sauce: 1. Combine ingredients in a medium saucepan with a whisk. Stir over medium high heat until heated through. 2. Serve over chicken.
