Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
- 1 (14 ounce) can black beans
- 1 can corn
- 1/2 C. red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 C. thinly sliced green onions
- 1/2 C. refrigerated fresh salsa
- 1/2 C. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 Tbls. fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp. dried oregano

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir until well blended. Cover and chill at least 2 hours or up to 8 hours.
