Ingredients
- 1 pie shell
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup fresh asparagus broken into 1 and 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 cup artichoke hearts -- cut up

Preparation
Step 1
1. bake pie shell until slightly browned
2. mix rest of ingredients and put in pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees until firm and golden brown
about 45 to 60 minutes
