  • 1 pie shell
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup fresh asparagus broken into 1 and 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts -- cut up

Step 1

1. bake pie shell until slightly browned
2. mix rest of ingredients and put in pie shell.

Bake at 350 degrees until firm and golden brown
about 45 to 60 minutes
