Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 TBS water
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 3 TBS butter
  • 1/4 cup cooked, diced apples mixed with 1 tsp sugar-cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, beat eggs, water, salt and thyme together. Pour into skillet with butter melted. Cook over medium heat. As mixture cooks, lift edges with spatula to let it run onto hot skillet.

When omelette is browned on bottom but still soft and creamy on top, sprinkle on apple-sugar-cinnamon mixture and fold half of omelette over. Serve.
