Ingredients
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 lb chicken breast tenders, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
- 1 cup coarsely chopped onion
- 1 can (15.5 oz) Great Northern Beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (14.5) Mexican-style stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 2 tbsp Texas-style chili powder seasoning mix

Preparation
Step 1
1. Spray large saucepan with cooking spray; heat over medium heat until hot. Add chicken and onion; cook and stir over medium to medium-high heat 5 to 8 minutes or until chicken is browned.
2. Stir beans, tomatoes with juice and seasoning mix into saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
