Ingredients
- Makes 12 cookies
- 1.5 cups oats
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/3 cup dried fruit (raisins, cherries, cranberries, etc)
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or almonds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mash bananas with a fork.
Add applesauce, vanilla, and spices to bananas. Mix well.
Combine with oats, dried fruit, and nuts.
Drop 1" round spoonfuls on a parchment-lined cookie tray.
Flatten each cookie with a fork or spatula.
Bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
