Preparation
Step 1
Cook up your pasta to al dente and then run it under cold water to stop the cooking process. Drain your pasta really well.
Add your Caesar salad dressing to your cooked and cooled pasta and coat well. Add a little more dressing if you desire more. Stir in your frozen spinach, green onions and Parmesan cheese. Cover and refrigerate at least an hour or up to a day or two.
When you're ready to serve, add crumbled bacon and croutons on top and serve.
If you are making this for lunch, I would leave the crumbled bacon in a separate baggie and just add it when you're ready to eat. I would also reserve the croutons until it's time to eat too. This way, the bacon stays nice and crisp and the croutons don't get soggy.
