Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 1 onion
- 3 carrots
- 3 stalks celery
- 4 potatoes
- 6 cups water
- 1 box curry paste cubes
- Japanese Rice

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion in oil. Add other veggies. Saute with chicken until tender. Add water, potatoes and curry cubes. Boil then simmer until potatoes are tender.
Serve over rice.
