Ingredients
- 1 large tomato, cut into 1/3-inch thick slices
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2-ounce grated Parmesan
- 1 1/2 ounces part skim mozzarella, shredded
- 4 to 6 large basil leaves, shredded

Step 1
Toss the tomato with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, the garlic, salt and red pepper flakes in a medium mixing bowl and set aside.
Prepare the pizza crust for grilling. Place the crust and tomatoes on grill for 1-2 minutes. After flipping the pizza crust over, smash the tomatoes on the cooked side of the pizza crust, top with the remaining ingredients and grill and additional 1-2 minutes.
