Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
- Rice Wine
- Soy Sauce
- Garlic
- Sesame Seeds
- 1/3 Cup Tofu
- 1/3 Cup Snow Peas
- 1/3 Cup Red Bell Pepper
- 1/3 Cup Carrots
- 1/3 Cup Bok Choy
- 1/3 Cup Bean Sprouts
- 3/4 Cup Brown Rice
- 2 tbsp Slivered Almonds
- 2 tsp. Sesame Seeds

Preparation
Step 1
Chop all ingredients.
Cook brown rice.
Heat oil; add vegetables stirring/tossing constantly just until tender.
Top rice with vegetables and sprinkle slivered almonds over vegetables.
