Ingredients

1/2 c sugar
1 c cottage cheese (sm curd)
2 eggs
2 tbs flour
1/2 c milk
1/2 c cream
pinch of salt
unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425F.
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 425F for 15 minutues. Then finish baking at 350F for 45 minutes.
