- 4 green capsicum
- 2 potatoes medium size
- 2 green chili chopped
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 2 tbsp cottage cheese grated
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tsp cooking oil
- Salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Boil, peel & mash potatoes, add green chili & ginger paste, salt, garam
masala, dry mango powder, grated cottage cheese, coriander powder,
coriander leaves & mix well. Stuffing is ready.
2. Now wash & wipe capsicum with a cloth.
3. Cut tops of the capsicums, scoop out center & seeds without breaking
capsicum gently remove seeds from inside to make capsicum empty.
4. Now fill stuffing slowly with a spoon.
5. Heat oil in a pan, add stuffed capsicum, cook on a low flame by turning
sides cook all sides till done.
6. Now arrange them in a bowl, garnish with coriander leaves.
7. Serve hot.
