Peanut Butter Swirl Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 c creamy peanut butter
• 1/4 c shortening
• 1 c sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp milk
• 1 1/4 flour
• 1/2 tsp falt
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 package of hershey kisses

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375F
Cream peanut butter, shortening, and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and milk.
In a separate bowl combine flour, salt, and soda.
Stir flour mix into peanut butter mixture; blend well.
Chill dough 1-2 hours, until firm enough to handle. Roll dough into walnut size balls.
Bake 7-8 mins.
When the cookies come out of oven place hershey kiss on top if desired.
