Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese
1/3 c sugar
1 egg
dash of salt
12 oz chocolate chips
2 c sugar
1/2 c cocoa
2 tsps soda
2/3 c oil
3 c flour
2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp vinegar
2 c water

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat over to 375F. Line cupcake tins.
Cream first 4 ingredients. Add chocolate chips. Set aside.

Mix and beat the remaining ingredients together.

Pour batter into tins, filling about 1/2 full(batter will be VERY thin). Spoon rounded tsp of cream cheese filling into center of cup. Bake for 20-25 mins.
