Lady Finger Cake

Ingredients

• 16 oz cream cheese softened
• 1 c sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 pt heavy whipped cream
• 2 packages of lady fingers
• strawberries or blueberries for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Whip cream and vanilla together until it forms soft peaks.

In a separate bowl beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.

Fold cream cheese mixture into whipped cream.

Layer spring form pan with lady fingers on bottom and on sides. Cover lady fingers with half of mixture. Place another layer of lady fingers on top of mixture and cover with the remaining cream cheese mixture.
Add strawberries or blueberries on top for garnish.
