Rosemary Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs baby red potatoes, scrubbed
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons chopped rosemary leaves
  • Pinch of red pepper flake
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Step 1


1. Preheat oven to 450F
2. Toss all ingredients and spread out on a baking sheet
3. Roast for 35 minutes until golden and crisp, stirring once ½ way through the cooking process
