Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1 small bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 1/2 pounds potatoes
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 8 slices bacon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation
Step 1
Slice potatoes in 1/4" discs. Place in a large pot and add water to cover top by 1". Bring to a boil for about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a large stock pot, fry bacon, remove from the pan, drain and crumble.
In the same stock pot, add green onions and garlic and cook until just tender. Add flour, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, hot sauce and salt, stirring until blended.
Add potatoes and bacon crumbles to the pot. Stir carefully just until potatoes are coated. Serve warm.
