Ingredients
- 1 c. water
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine, softened
- 1 egg
- 2 c. bread flour
- 1 1/4 c. whole Wheat flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tsp yeast

Step 1
Measure carefully, place ingred. in bread machine pan in order recommended by the manufacture.
Select dough/manual cycle.
Remove dough from pan, using lightly floured hands; place on lightly floured surface. Cover and let rest 10 min.
Grease bottom and sides of 13 x 9 inch pan with shortening or cooking spray. Divide dough into 15 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball; place in pan. Brush with melted butter. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let rise in warm place about 30 min or until double in size. Dough is ready if indentation remains when touched.
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Uncover rolls. Bake 10 to 13 min or until lightlu brown. Cool on cooling rack.
Special Touch: Give these rolls a deep golden glow by brushing the tops with melted butter.
