- 3 1/4 c. bread flour
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp dry milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
- 2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast if using quick cycle

Place ingred. in machine according to your machine directions. YOU MAY NEED 2 TBSP WATER OR 2 TBSP FLOUR ACCORDING TO DOUGH TEXTURE.
This makes good bierock dough.
