Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Brussels sprouts
- 3 tablespoons good olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Cut off ends of Brussels sprouts and pull off any outer yellow leaves
3. Mix in a bowl with other ingredients
4. Turn out onto baking sheet and roast for 35-40 minutes, until crisp outside and tender inside. Shake pan from time to time to brown evenly.
5. Sprinkle with more Kosher salt.
May also drizzle with balsamic vinegar
