  • 12 homemade chocolate chip cookies
  • 10 bite size brownies
  • 20-25 miniature reese cups
  • 1 qt chocolate ice cream
  • 1 qt vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Step 1

Pull vanilla and chocolate ice cream out of freezer and allow to stand for about 10 minutes or until it's soft enough to spread.
Line the bottom of a spring form pan with the chocolate chip cookies. Arrange them so the whole bottom is covered.
Spread chocolate ice cream over the layer of cookies.
Crumble the brownies and 10 of the reese cups over the chocolate ice cream.
Spread vanilla ice cream over the top of the brownies.
Place additional reese cups on the top for garnish. Then freeze for 1-3hrs until set.
